Governors of Northway Infant School
Remit of the Governing Body:
- To ensure clarity of vision, ethos and strategic direction of the school.
- To hold the headteacher to account for the educational performance of the school and its pupils, and the performance management of staff.
- Overseeing the financial performance of the school and make sure its money is well spent, including Pupil Premium.
- To provide efficient and effective collaboration between local educational settings, in the best interests of the families of Northway.
